Sharon has been vacationing on LBI since the early 90’s and sees it as a real privilege for her to list and sell real estate on Long Beach Island. She is currently a resident of Barnegat Light and has been since 2016. An extremely dedicated, successful, and hard-working Realtor she enjoys educating, assisting, and guiding her clients through the entire buying or selling process. Sharon understands the importance of cultivating business relationships and her number one priority is to provide a value-based service to her clients.

Sharon has earned the NAR Certification: Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, (RSPS). RSPS Real Estate Practitioners have the specialized skills and knowledge needed to help clients make informed decisions about buying and selling Resort and Second-Home Properties. She is also a designated Acquired Buyer’s Representative (ABR).

Sharon is currently getting her certification in Interior Design from the New York Institute of Art and Design. Sharon’s friendly personality and thoroughness make her a pleasure to work with. 

Sharon is an enthusiastic member of the Barnegat Light community and enjoys cycling, the beach, bird watching, paddle boarding and showing clients the best that LBI has to offer.
