Dylan Decker is a recent graduate of High Point University in North Carolina. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration, while being a member of their Division 1 Baseball team. Following graduation, Dylan became the Operations Manager at Decker Builders specializing in customer relations and project management. Decker Builders has been one of the premier custom homes builders in South Jersey since 1986 with 4 major subdivisions and over 200 custom homes built. Dylan recently obtained his Real Estate Salesperson license to become more well versed in the field, and to follow a passion discovered while spending childhood summers with his Dad going jobsite to jobsite. Dylan sets himself apart from the rest by understanding the importance of communication, honesty, integrity and attention to detail which have been instilled in him by strong family relationships, as well as learning on the go in the field of development and construction. From an experience standpoint, Dylan has ground up knowledge of the construction process with a strong and knowledgeable support system with over 40 years in the industry. In his free time, Dylan enjoys hunting and fishing with his Dad, and has a passion for all things Philadelphia sports. Coming this winter, Dylan will become a full time resident of Beach Haven West, hoping to specialize in the shore market. Dylan is motivated, and eager to make a positive impact on the people around him in the real estate and construction industry.
